Daimien qualified in 1994 and has specialised in working with owner managed businesses throughout his career. He moved to William Hinton in 1996 to gain partnership and is very happy to be based in the heart of the Cotswolds.
He is a keen sports fan and enjoys walking his dogs with the family at the weekend, ideally with a pub lunch on route!
Ian qualified as an accountant in a well-respected three partner firm based in London. Whilst training Ian gained a wealth of experience dealing with both small and medium sized businesses, gaining a valuable insight into how owner managed businesses operate.
Ian joined the team at William Hinton Limited in 2006 and manages a broad range of clients. Ian enjoys meeting with clients on a regular basis to discuss their business requirements, growth strategies and personal goals. Ian is keen to develop long lasting relationships with all clients and to provide a valued service.
Ian has 3 children, and understands the importance of achieving the right work / life balance. To relax, Ian enjoys mountain biking, sailing and camping with his family and friends.
Gordon has been working in the accountancy profession since 1978 but now specialises in personal taxation and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.Having qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1992 there are few issues relating to personal tax that he has not come across.
In 2001 he joined William Hinton where his skills are ideally suited to the small and local clients.
Gordon was born in the Cotswolds and away from work enjoys outdoor activities usually associated with his dogs.
Mark gained his early experience training with a small accountancy practice in Chipping Campden whilst studying for his professional qualification. He has been with William Hinton since 1994 and initially specialised in company audits for the practice. Mark has a broad base of experience from small firm environments in which he has worked and is now the office manager in the practice with his own portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
In his spare time he has a passion for natural history. Mark enjoys country walks and likes to take in the occasional Cotswold pub on route!
Before joining William Hinton, I had worked in legal & client services as well as project management for law enforcement agencies.
In my spare time I enjoy holidaying, socialising with my friends and family, occasionally going to the gym and good food.
Australian born and bred, I moved to the UK from Melbourne in 2008 with my husband and two sons, settling in the Cotswolds.
With a background in secretarial and administration I decided to go to Cirencester College and get my AAT Level 2 & 3 Diploma in Accounting in 2014/2015. I am also an Associate member of the Institute o fCertified Bookkeepers (ICB).
I work part-time at William Hinton assisting with bookkeeping as well as having my own private clientele in the Cotswold area.
When I am not inputting data and sorting paperwork, I enjoy walking with my dog and family and friends around the Cotswolds, as well as crafting and going to the movies when I can.
I am currently studying for my AAT Level 4 and in my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends, exercising and running the occasional half marathon!
Stephanie has been working here since 2015 and has a secretarial diploma.
She was born in Kingham, grew up in Witney but then in 1991 moved back to the Cotswolds. She trained at Witney college to be a dental nurse and had 17 very happy years working for a practice here in Stow on the Wold until the dentist retired. Alongside this she trained and qualified as a firefighter and was stationed at Stow where she served 7 years for the community.
What attracted her to William Hinton Accountants was the friendly family atmosphere of the practice and getting to see many familiar faces from the community as well as meeting lots of new people.
Her passion is family, friends and music and enjoys walking reading and socialising with friends.
I am MAAT qualified after completing my AAT qualifications with a medium sized accountancy practice on the Isle of Wight.
I have been working in accountancy for around 3 years now after completing my A Levels and have gained knowledge and experience of dealing with varying sizes of businesses, as well as the different accounting software’s available for clients.
I have recently moved to Gloucestershire from the Isle of Wight, and in my spare time I enjoy socialising with family and friends.
Clive joined the company 5 years ago after spending many years working for accountancy practices and private companies and brings a wealth of experience with him.
Clive specialises in Account production, preparation of VAT returns and general book keeping services.
Out of the office he considers himself to be a bit of a chef and often brings in goodies for us to taste. He has two grown up children, is a passionate supporter of Southampton football club and was lucky enough to be selected as a Games maker at the 2012 Paralympic games based at the Olympic stadium (oh, and he recently got married…unlucky ladies)
I am the Payroll Manager here at William Hinton. I joined the company straight after sixth form in 2018 and am currently studying towards my AAT-ACA qualification.
I enjoy netball and squash in my spare time and visiting the animal shelter.
